Default Visible Shapes in a frame?

Every time I exit design mode, the shapes in a frame disappear behind the
frame. Is there a way to stop that from happening?

I assume you got a frame control from the Control Toolbox? That one is a bit
finicky to use. Right click on the Frame object and select Edit Frame. The
Toolbox you get in VBA will appear and you can drag an image control onto the
frame. Rick click the image control and select properties to define the
image. One thing to be ware of is that it has the tendancy to crash XL. Have
you considered using the fram control from the forms toolbar. It is much less
finicky and more straight forward to use...

Hi Jim,
I inserted a frame from forms tool bar, then added a shape but with no
success, it the shape still diappears when I click off design mode. Is there
something in properties I should be doing?

The frame control from the forms toolbar is transparent and does not change
based on the sheet being in design mode... Sounds like I am missing something
in what you are doing.

Default Visible Shapes in a frame?

Hi Jim,

OK, I have a worksheet where I have used shapes to make a aircraft shape. I
then inserted a frame from the tool bar control and draged the shapes
(aircraft) on to the frame. But, everytime I deselect design mode the shapes
disappear behind the frame?!?
Is there anything that can be done so that the aircraft shape stays in front
of the frame?
