Default How to Import .pst file to outlook express

i have my backup of microsoft outlook address book as .pst file now in my
computer i donot have outlook,i want to import this in outlook express or
netscape mail.How to do this...

Then you are asking an OE or Netscape question aren't you? If you no longer
have Outlook, we cannot help you convert the file into a format that one of
those programs can import.

But i have heard that outlook 98 trial version is available,can u please
tell me from where i can get it.or is their any thrid party toll which will
convert this pst file to csv or any other extension which OE or Netscape
understand.

Outlook 98 has not been available for 4 years.
There are no free or trial versions of Outlook.
