Set her account to send but not receive email. Outlook replies on the
account mail arrives on and when she sends, it's also downloading. Ctrl+Alt+S or go to tools, send/receive and browse the menu for Define Send/Receive settings. Select the accounts and click Edit... select her account and remove the checks to include it in a receive. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Author, Google and Other Search Engines (Visual QuickStart Guide) Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Join OneNote Tips mailing list: http://www.onenote-tips.net/ "FredNZ" wrote in message ...
