How to Insert a Set of Pictures Into a Table - One Image Per Row

I have a number of screenshots that need to be inserted into a document.

The purpose of this is to end up with a two column table:
Column 1 will be used for instructions.
Column 2 will be used for screenshots.

If necessary, I can have all the pictures in one folder, but I ideally I
would like to be able to choose a group of pictures to be inserted into the
document.

If inserted into a document but not into a table, they need to come in with
something between them, preferably a hard return that could be used to
convert the pictures into a table.
If inserted into an existing table, I need each image to be inserted into a
new row.
