Default Error 1327 Invalid drive e:\

I upgraded to Windows 7 and it redesignated my two CD-ROM drives as E: and
F:. I changed them to F: and G: and curretnly have no E:\ drive. Whenever I
tray to launch Word 2007, it goes through a "Configuring Microsoft Office
Enterprise 2007" procedure, then stops about a third of the way through and
gives me the subject error message and tells me to run "Repair". When I click
out of the error message boxes, it finally loads Word. I tried running
"repair" and even removing Office 2007 to reinstall it, but I get the same
error message and it stops executing and rolls back the changes made to that
point. This does not happen when launching Word 2003 or with either version
of Excel or PowerPoint or with Outlook 2007, only Word 2007. I deleated all
references to drive e:\ in the registry, but I get the same error message.
CAn anyone suggest a fix for this?

Peter,

Yes, this is an Enterprise version, whatever that means. I bought it
through the College of DuPage where I am n adjunct faculty member. How does
that play into the problem I'm having?

The reason I asked is if you have all the documentation then phone support is free
from Microsoft for users of Office Enterprise versions.

Here you will find the Phone numbers and email addresses as to where and whom to
contact about Office Enterprise and your issue.
Scroll down to the bottom of page to North America
