Default moving groups on the ribbon

I would like to be able to move the groups that are displayed on the ribbon.

For instance, Query (Wizard and Design) is under Other. For me this is a
major feature I use a lot. Let me give you an example of flexibility that
would be great. In FireFox I can customize the navigation bar. I can drag
object exactly where I want them so my workflow can be fore efficient.

I would like to be able to customize the ribbon in a very easy way--by using
drag and drop.
