Why does header in print view not print?
Old Word documents (v 2003) containing headers no longer prints these
headers. Header and footer viewable in print view. In print preview only footer is seen and this is all that prints.

See if header contents have been inadvertently formatted as hidden (Font

Why does header in print view not print?
If the header contents are anything other than inline text (wrapped
graphics, for example, or a text box), make sure that "Drawing objects" is checked on the Print tab of Tools | Options. -- Suzanne S.
