Default Selection Pane for 2003

I have PowerPoint 2007 and a colleague has 2003. In 2007 on the HOME ribbon there is a Group called Editing. One of Editing's options is Select - Selection Pane. Here I can see all of the objects on my slide and I can move them forward or backward as far a layering goes and I can View or Hide the objects as well.

I know that I could do this in 2003 but I have forgotten how and for the life of me I cannot find it on my colleague's machine.

Can some please shake the cobwebs out of my feeble mind?

You can also add the buttons to your toolbar for quick use in the
future by customizing your toolbar and adding the order buttons to the
drawing toolbar or go to the drawing menu on the bottom left of the
screen.

Good Luck!

You probably mean the "Select multiple objects" feature which was available
in PP2000-2003. You get a list of all objects on a slide by name and you can
easily select/deselect them. But that's all, no renaming etc possible (still
it was rather useful on many occasions).

This feature is hidden in the "Drawing" toolbar (click the little arrow on
the right side of the toolbar and select this feature).

Luca,

Thank you!!!!!! That was it. Sorry it took so long to reply. I had a hardware issue with my machine and the fix has now caused a nasty Office issue with my machine.
