Default deleting images in a section

I've made a form with section breaks to allow filling in
forms restrictions in some sections. I want my users to
be able to delete an image depending on the paper it's
printed on but I can't even select the image in the un-
restricted section, so I'm quite stuck! I can't use
macros as my boss won't let me lower the security setting
across the network. Can anyone help?

I think the problem you are having is because your image is floating over
text in the drawing layer, and the drawing layer is completely inaccesible
in any part of a document that is protected for forms, not just in the
protected sections. To make your image selectable, do the following:

With forms protection turned off, right-click the image and click
FormatPicture. On the Layout tab, change the layout to "In line with
text". Now reprotect your form. You should be able to select the image
now.
