missing or broken reference
I've recently converted a database created with Access97 to Access2002 version.
The problem is when I open up one of the forms I created before, a window pops up saying: "Your Microsoft Access database or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file 'PRO' version 1.0" I followed the tips in [Help], go to Tools, then References, and clear check boxes next to any missing reference. But I don't see anything named "PRO version 1.0" in the Available References box. Would anyone have any idea what the file 'PRO version 1.0" is and why it isn't in the Available References box? Thanks in advance. Cheers |

Hello,
I don't know what "Pro version 1.0" is but it's not from MS Access. If this is happening only on specific form (s), open the form in design view, select view- code menu and make sure that code behind the form is not referencing this control. Also check the form to see if you have this control "pro version 1.0" embadded in the form. Other option is to recreate the form from scratch. Hope this helps! Ki |
