You're asking in the wrong place. This is a newsgroup for technical support
for the database software Microsoft Access.

I'd suggest asking locally, perhaps asking the pastor of a local church or
someone at a funeral home for suggestions. You won't find one as a Word
template, I'm thinking.

You might also try a search by the correct spelling: Bereavement.
