Can files created in older versions of Visio be opened/viewed/edited in Visio
2002 or 2003?

The consensus is yes for reading, being able to save as may not be true
depending on levels and platforms (general rule is read all, save backward
one level i.e. v2003 can save as v2002/v2000, v2000 save as v5)
