Formatting text - Character spacing / kerning
Is there a way to adjust the character spacing of text used in Access Reports? Either in Access 2000 or 2003.
There is a line spacing setting in proprieties, but I don't see anything that lets you adjust the kerning. thanks in advance, TT |

Sorry, kerning props are not exposed.
If you only require a single line solution, then you can programmatically output each character using the Print method of the report object. It looks complicated to start but it's not once you get going. Have a look at the code behind the sample reports he http://www.lebans.com/mixbold-plain.htm http://www.lebans.com/baseline.htm http://www.lebans.com/justidirect.htm -- HTH Stephen Lebans http://www.lebans.com Access Code, Tips and Tricks Please respond only to the newsgroups so everyone can benefit.
