name you entered cannot be found on the network (it might be down temporarily Verify that you are online and that the server name is correct. Tried all that to avail. Still not working. Took computer to the shop, will

(ping example.com) telnet to that server on port 110 and see if you can get there (telnet example.com 110) You may need to install Telnet separately from your Windows DVD. Sounds like a firewall or antivirus interfering. By the way, I'd charge less than an arm and a leg. Just an arm will do. -- Leonid S.
