Hi I have an Auto Numbger Field...
I have some test records in the database to test... How can I delete the test records and make the Auto Numebr Field go back to 1?? Many Thanks James |

A scan through this newsgroup (tablesdbdesign) will reveal a recurring theme asking why you would care what value the Autonumber has. The Access Autonumber is designed to provide a unique row identifier, and only rarely needs to (or should) be displayed to users.
