Default Category and Contact

When adding a new contact how can I have the category field displayed so that
I can assign a category to it in Outlook 2007. In 2003, the category field
used to be displayed on the bottom right hand corner. Thanks for you help.

It's in the Ribbon in Outlook 2007.
