Default Emails sent to all my contacts

Some how something or someone sends an email with my name and email address
as the sender to all my contacts, including me. It is some type of
advertisement (see below), how do I stop this from occurring?

Hello, how are you doing recently? I came across a online website, and
had a nice talking with the sales manager, then i bought some items from
them, and feel very satisfied with their service, besides, he said when you
buy from them and give my name, they will give you discount.
You can have a look when you have time. www.mezonei.com

Best Regards.

It may be random spam where the spammer picks up your name and address from
other sources or you are infected with something. You'll need to see the
header of the messages to see if they are coming from your computer.
