styles copy from document
when I try to cut and paste to use the formatting in a
document, I get a jumble. I know this is because I have selected all text then chose a font. I need to copy the formatting from a doc my boss sent. All attempts have ended sad. When I choose a new style name it disappears, someone said you can't name your style to suit yourself.... Using XP, Word 2003 and Omnipage 14 |

You can certainly create and modify styles any way you want. See http://www.microsoft.com/office/using/column14.asp for a start. -- Suzanne S. Thanks, Suzanne. Hope the storms left you in good shape.
A friend said the piers were gone from the condos, she thought that was nothing! Keeps being thankful. I'm going to read these articles. I've read and read. Remember the optimist boy, with all this %&*$ there's gotta be a pony somewhere. -----Original Message----- See http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/styl...tOfTextChanges ..html You can certainly create and modify styles any way you want. We were high and dry here (80 feet above Bay level)--a few big branches down
but none near the house, and a lot of "giblets" to pick up, but no damage. -- Suzanne S.
