TOC -- wrong tab stops

Hi all

It all started with a simple issue of a "funny looking TOC". I can now say
(I think...) I know more about Word than I ever wanted to

Anyways here's a link to the original question I posted and a reply I wrote
myself. I am very interested in what you might have to say about this. (the
link is in Google groups since for some reason "msnews.microsoft.com"
doesn't carry this newgroup (???), or at least my Outlook Express thinks
so).
