Default Groups in Save As (Save In) and Open (Look In)

I would like to know if there is any way to add a group in Word (2002) to the
Open and Save dialogue box.

This can be done in Outlook. You can add a group to the Outlook Bar.

When I open or save a file in Word the directory that I want is usually
nested deeply in my file manager. I would like to add new groups so that it
is easier to get to a specific place.

Please respond to . Thanks

Hi there!

You have made my day! I searched all over Microsoft's site and couldn't find
anything. Could be because I didn't know the bar was called, "my places."

thanks again!!!!!!!
