Default Why don't my "CONTACTS" sync after upgrading to WM5 on iPAQ 4700

I've upgraded to WM5 on my iPAQ 4700 and am having problems not being able to
view my contacts. As this is a business tool, how am to contact my
"CONTACTS" while away from the office? Is there anyone who can assist me?
If so, TIA.

Describe the problems in detail. State your Outlook version and tell us
what program you're using to sync the PDA and Outlook.
