Default Distribution list

I am trying to find a way to compress a distribution list. I have staff that
are blind and use screen readers. If I send out an email to all in the area
they have to go through each name before getting to the mail. This also
effects are seeing employees as well - if they have to go through 50 names
before actually getting to the email - they delete it.

Default Distribution list

Put the DL in the Bcc field and no one will see the names.
