Default "Enter text here" spaces

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me how to place "Click here and enter text" spaces, the way they are on the Word fax templates. I tried using the Toggle Field (a la the Help menu), but it just typed the new text in the "click here..." text between the curly brackets instead of it being between square brackets and dissapearing when I started typeing.
Thanks!

One way of doing this is as follows:

Place the insertion point where you want the prompt;
Do CTRL-F9;
This will insert a pair of { };
Type (or paste from here) this text between the curly braces:
MACROBUTTON nomacro "Click here and enter text" ;
With the cursor still between the { }, do SHIFT-F9 to toggle field display.

Then you can copy paste this field anywhere you want. If you are going to
use it a lot in many documents, you can create an autotext with it.
