Please wait while windows configures microsoft office for home and

Hi,
In outlook I keep getting the following message everytime I have an email
being received that contains a picture or download in it.
"Please wait while windows configures microsoft office for home and student
2007"

Opening any office files such as word, excel etc via office is not a problem
it is only in outlook that I continue to get the message.

Installation history - My old computer died - it had Microsoft office for
home and student 2007 for everything other than outlook and Office 2003 for
outlook.
When I got my new computer the store loaded the original Microsoft Office
2003 from the disks I had and after I got it home I downloaded Microsoft
office for home and student 2007 from the internet via my existing license
key.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect you're having this issue because of the mismatch in versions and the
order in which you installed the two. If this were happening to me, I'd
completely uninstall both Office 2007 and Office 2003, then reinstall only
Outlook 2003, then install Office H&S 2007 to see if that makes a difference.

Thanks Brian - after I had posted the problem the automatic update loaded
several service packs and fixes and it doesn't seem to be happeing anymore.
