Hi Jaye,

If it's just the Spreadsheet Import Wizard then do the following:

1- Reregister the ISAM file "msexcl40.dll"
- Locate the file "msexcl40.dll" via Windows Explorer
- Click Start Run
- In the open run command line type regsvr32 followed by a space
- Left click, drag, and drop the above file next to what you typed
- Should have the following
regsvr32 "full path to msexcl40.dll"
- Click OK.... should receive message "... registered successfully..."

If it's not just the Spreadsheet Import Wizard (it's other wizards too)
then reregister the file "accwiz.dll" using the same above steps.

I hope this helps! If you have additional questions on this topic, please
respond back to this posting.
