Default Error message: Publisher cannot open file

The page sorter shows up always but an exsisting .pub file containing reports
that we've created will not open at all.

YEs I have a current virus software. Don't know if it makes much of a
difference but...when I pressed ctrl shift I the error code is 1100009

That particular error code has to do with the HotFix we mentioned before. You
must have the service pack installed.

It seems strange a multiple page publication wouldn't open.
Do
you
have
a
default printer? What happens if you select a different
default
printer
in the
Printer Folder?
