Hyperlink Error

I have a single user of my database that just one week ago started
complaining that she gets an error when trying to hit a hyperlinked button on
the splash page. The button links to a specific form but she gets the
following error:
"Database cannot follow the hyperlink to the form please verify the
destination".

The hyperlink works fine for everybody else accept for this one user. I
tried removing the link and reinserting it, but that didn't help. I changed
her ToolsOptionsForm/Reports settings on her her machine and that didn't
help either.
Any ideas are appreciated - I'm losing my mind!
