Default how do I change my permission settings on my network

I am trying to share my outlook calendar and I keep getting a message that I
can't share calendar because of permission on network settings. How do I
change my permission on the network?

If this is for your place of employment, the IT people there would be the
appropriate people to help you. If this is for a home network, then you won't
be able to share the calendar from within Outlook.
