Default Word Microsoft Visual Basic error

Hi, MS Office 2000, Abbyy FineReader 7, Windows 98SE
I need help with this error:
When I close a Word document then "Microsoft Visual Basic -
- FineReader7" small pop-up window opens and says:
"Compile errror: Method or data member not found"
(there is a Finereader7-Autoexit window bellow MVB window)
I click OK, close the MVB window, another message:
"This command will stop the debugger", I click OK and
everything's gone. I tried to disable Abbyy's plug-in in Word
with no success. Maybe somebody has a suggestion how to
stop this annoying procedure?
Thanks in advance!
