Default Outlook XP gives "Unable to start processing services."

Outlook XP gives "Unable to start processing services. Could not open the
item. Try again."

I recently reinstalled Office XP and downloaded all the updates. I got this
message from Outlook and I reinstalled again. I'm not aware of what the
problem might be. I tried transfering the .pst file from a working machine
but that did not work either. I'm having to post this again because there was
no reply last time.

Please help

TY in advance
