Remove Page Break
John:
That was an UN-helpful answer. It takes hours and hours to read through every single category in this forum. When someone poses a question or a problem, he or she most likely does not know if the same or a similar question has been posted in another section or even in the same section months and months ago. Why not just answer the person's question, if you know the answer. I have spend hours and hours tonight, myself just searching for a few answers. If I got a response like yours, it would only make me feel even more exhausted than I already am. Try a little kindness, next time. |

Remove Page Break
Adding some details...
In my previous response I described how to delete manual page breaks by replacing them with nothing. If your document contains section breaks that you want to get rid of, you can use a similar approach; the only difference is that you should use ^b for Replace with instead of ^m. Alternatively, you can change the type of all section breaks to "Continuous." On the Layout tab of the Page Setup dialog box (to display this dialog box, choose Page Setup on the File menu), specify "Continuous" under "Section start", make sure that "Apply to" reads "Whole document", and click OK. Page breaks can also be paragraph formatting. Display the Paragraph dialog box (Format Paragraph) and check if "Page break before" is enabled on the Line and Page Breaks tab. -- Stefan Blom "Stefan Blom" skrev i meddelandet ... Remove Page Break
There is always a hard return after the table and that is what's giving you that extra page. You can't delete the return so what you need to do to get rid of that extra page is to either change your bottom page margin or else go to that hard return and make the font smaller for that line. Edited to add: for that line, you can also change the spacing before and after to 0 pt. ------------------------------------------------ ~~ Message posted from http://www.WordForums.com/ |
