Default PRINT JOBS REMAIN IN PRINT QUE AND PRINT AGAIN AT A LATER DATE

WHEN I SEND A PRINT JOB TO MY NETWORK PRINTER THE JOB PRINTS BUT REMAINS IN
THE PRINT QUE AND PRINTS AGAIN AT A LATER DATE. NUMEROUS JOBS WILL PRINT ALL
AT ONE TIME ALL BY ITSELF. HOW CAN I FIX THIS. NOW I HAVE TO GO IN AND DELETE
THE PRINT JOBS AFTER THE JOB IS PRINTED OR IT WILL EVENTUALLY PRINT AGAIN.

THANKS

1) Lose the caps. It's considered yelling, is incredibly rude and makes
your posts very hard to read.

2) What has this to do with Office? You might be printing from an Office
application, but the issue is with Windows or the printer driver.
