Default Track Changes

When we accept the changes on one computer and open the document on another
computer the track changes are still there. We have tried using the Microsoft
setting suggestions but with no success.
Any Ideas?

Are you really accepting the changes or just hiding them by changing the
view?

Yes we are accepting the changes, that is what is confusing us.

You might want to try running the Remove Hidden Data utility, then.
