Default can you put a power point on a dvd to play on a tv

i want to put a family photo presentation that I have done onto a dvd so that
it can be played in my mother;s dvd player.

Here is a good application that does it well too - ''PowerPoint2DVD''
by Wondershare.
It is a powerful PowerPoint DVD burner to convert PowerPoint to DVD or
miniDVD
(Mini DVD is a regular CD that has DVD files in it. You can burn a
miniDVD just with
a regular CD and a common CD burner) and view them on your video,
complete with background image or color, background music, and
selection menu.
