Default Memo fields and ODBC tables

We have an Access application with linked tables. The
linked tables are to a DB2 database, using an ODBC. In
DB2, one of the tables contains long varchar fields.
Access defines them as Memo fields. The Access
application is on a network drive.

My problem is that we have a PC that was recently loaded
with Windows 2000. This PC can no longer update the Memo
(Long Varchar) fields. The other PC's that use the
application are still using NT, and they can update the
fields. The ODBC settings are the same, the only
difference I can see is the operating system.

If anyone has any ideas on how to resolve this, I would be
very grateful to hear them. Thanks.
