Check Boxes
I am creating a new database where a user will have to answer each question
with Yes, No or N/A. I want to use a checkbox so that I can get a total of how many questions were answered yes, how many were answered no and how many were answered N/A. What type of checkbox should I use. Should I use a combo box? Thank you, -- Laurie

IMO a combo box or an option group would better suited to your needs.

Check Boxes
Use comboBox or Option group. Personally for UI sake if the other stuff is
