Org Chart from Exchange

I'm running:

orgwiz.exe /microsoft-exchange /pages="CTOs Name" 2 PAGENAME="Tech"

And Visio creates a 500+ page document, each page containing just one
Exchange user. The first page is correctly title "Tech" but the person on
the page is not the CTO - it is the first Exchange user.

It looks like whatever option I feed it the behavior remains the same.
Except if I misspell the CTO's name - then it reports it couldn't find the
user. All the Exchange fields should have normal names and I've tried
messing around with switches like /manager-field without any success.

What would cause Visio to make so many pages and ignore the reporting
hierarchy?
