Default Inventory Management on Workorders

I am using the Service Call Management template for my primary database.
Which allows me to show labor and parts used on a service call. I need to
track the parts used on the WO from parts in the employees possession. Any
ideas?

I noticed that nobody answered. May I offer a couple suggestions?

If you'e thinking about designing/ redesigning, then you probably already
know the data/table structure inside your template. You should describe it
in those terms. The typical respondents create applications ("templates")
and not many are going to go learning somebody else's application just to try
to answer your question.

You're going to have to think through more specifically what you are trying
to do and describe it.

1. Do ongoing tracking inventory of parts in the personal inventory that
each employee has? That a whole set of functions, tasks and procedures, not
an "add-on"

2. Automatic relief (deductions) from employee inventories based on their
usage in work orders? That requires / is a subset of #1
