Default Can I show field names in merged document?

Created a mail-merge doc from Outlook Contacts to Word using Avery Rolodex
Card format. All info looks good except you can't tell one phone number from
another. Is there a way to identify one or more fields by name i.e. fax,
cell?

I'm not sure how Avery Rolodex creates its merges but usually you just type
static text yourself in a mail merge.
