Default Fax Number in "To" Field

Thanks for the venali reference.

I did look at their website information and found that they require a user
to manually type in the fax recipients phone number and add @venali.net just
as other Internet fax services require. But keeping in mind what you said
about installing their software and having it automatically populate the To:
field I asked their customer service about it. They just called and said that
they offer no such software or functionality, the fax recipients number must
be typed in manually.

I suppose it depends upon who you speak to...
Thanks again.

I selected my Internet Fax service based on which company actually developed
the software to integrate with Outlook. That's why I chose Venali. It
populates the To: field with exactly what Venali needs to send the fax. So
should your service.

I asked how to save keystrokes in MS Outlook by configuring it to populate
a
field with data that it already has, namely a fax number. You stated in

If you can please explain how.

Venali doesn't "offer" it and doesn't need to. Once Venali is integrated
with Outlook, it is easy to use the Outlook
Address Book, autocompletion, autoresolution, or any other method for
recipient selection that Outlook supports. More info he
