Default Can't send attachments in Outlook Express

My Brother In-law says he can't send attachments with outlook express, he
has checked all his settings he also claims he never changed any of the
settings and it used to work fine now he can't figure it out, anyone here
have some ideas that might help

Default Can't send attachments in Outlook Express

MS in there attempt for a more secure OS blocks curtain extension, like all
executables. One way to get around this is rename the file by changing it's
extension, and notify the recipient of the change.

Default Can't send attachments in Outlook Express

Outlook Express is not a part of Office - suggest you post in an Outlook
Express group, give your version, and any error message you may get to help
with the troubleshooting.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Just Me asked:
