Default Templates - Dinner Place Card - front and back (back upside down)

A nice dinner placecard has the name on both front and back so the guest
knows their palce setting and the people around them know who the guest is.

Also, for future reference, new template suggestions can be made at:

Microsoft is will not see them if they are posted here. The Suggestion
type posts are for application suggestions/wishes.
