State the setting you chose for the Full Name field and how you chose it.

A please would be nice?
I was finally able to clear this issue by the following: Under ToolsAccount SettingsAddress BookChange the Default "Full Name" order was set to by Last Name, First Name. However, in ToolsOptionsContact OptionsDefault "Full Name" oreder was set to Last First. By changing the Default "Full Name" order to First (Middle) Last the problem was corrected. Why don't you guys have one single location that provides all the options/combinations for displaying names, auto fill, etc? Instead there are at least four possible areas that can be done and it appears the "Default" options must synch with the user selections elsewhere. It took quite a few hours for me to fix this simple problem and searched documentation/Help extinsively. Apologies! Thought you were official moderator from MS. Guess it was too much
to hope that someone from MS actually gave chat about what user real issues/needs were. Thanks for your help. "Brian Tillman [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: "Ricky Bobbie" wrote in message ... It is a ridiculously complicated and fragmented procedure indeed that is not
well documented in Help files. However, it is one that has been clearly documented here many times so a simple search of the threads in this groups could have gotten you on your way in no time. Always a good idea to search the groups. Please. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Ricky Bobbie" wrote in message ... A please would be nice?
