Microsft Graph Chart - Visio 2002

I have a problem regarding editing the bar chart, after insert an object
using Microsft Graph Chart into visio 2002, i can change the color of bar,
but when i want adding 'Fill Effects', whole visio program hang or crash, so
any suggestion on this issue? i have updated service pack 2. Thks.

I tested using Visio 2002 with service pack 2 along with Word 2003 Graph
Chart without Visio crashing or hanging. When you perform an action as
mentioned in this issue it brings in object linking embedding OLE. You may
want to verify your operating system has all the latest updates and service
packs.
