Default AutoKeys & Using with KeyDown on a form

I'm not sure how to handle this. I have created to an AutoKeys macro so that
anytime a user presses the F1 inside my program the get a pop-up form used
for user to user messaging, I also have the F12 key set to open a command
line form so that the user can enter custom command codes to quickly
different forms and add/edit records among other system functions. My
problem is that before I did all this I had function a few function keys
assigned for things like, undo, save, close (these were not the F1, or F12
keys). Anyway, now when I press the F11 on a form which I have set up as an
Undo on that form, it doesn't execute the code unless I press the key twice.
I need some help with this mess I've created.

Thanks
