How do I change the format of the phone numbers in Outlook?
I need to change them from (###) ###-#### to ###-###-####. How?

How Outlook masks phone numbers is based on your dialing location. It is
hard coded and cannot be changed. The only ways I know of to prevent Outlook's masking of phone numbers a 1. Enclose the phone numbers in quotes. 2. Set your operating system's dialing location to a null value. Current OS do not permit you to do this through the GUI. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "PDub" wrote in message ... hoping for. It to me is just further proof that Microsoft is determined to mold all the world's output in their image, controlled by them, and that stinks.
