How do i change the E-mail display as option for all contacts in 1

I recently imported my contacts from Outlook 2000 to outlook 2003. Then i
synchronized my contacts with Plaxo so i am all up to date. The problem is
when i start typing the name of the contact i want and choose the contact it
is then displayed as the email address instead of Last name, First name
format as it used to autocorrect to in my outlook 2000.

Some how the email display as has automatically imported the display as the
contacts email address. Is there anyway i can change all 450 of my contacts
email display as to their file as name or to their actual contact names
ideally last name, first name or first name, last name? There is no drop down
box to select these.

Please help.
