Default How do I change the File As to use First & Last name GLOBALLY?

I have about 900+ contacts, and I do not have the patients to go through each
one to change the 'File As' from the default listing of Last Name, First Name
etc. I want my name to be searchable by First name. Does anyone know how to
change this globally?

Your Assistance Is Greatly Appreciated!!

Brian, I see all my contacts listed that way in all the Contact views i.e.
Address Cards, Detailed Address Cards, Phone List etc.

In what window do you see them listed this way, in Contacts, or the Address
Book?
