Default Resize images in Powerpoint 97

I am working in Powerpoint 97 and trying to resize all of my images with one
click. Is is possible to resize all inserted images within Powerpoint? How
can I lock in the image size?

If there were some way to identify the pictures uniquely, you could probably do
this with a little VBA. Likewise if you really do mean ALL pictures in the
presentation not just some of them.

How can I lock in the image size?

As in "prevent anyone from changing it" even though you let them edit the file
in other ways? You can't.
