Clarify what you mean. "using the Business (not Accounts) contacts" is a
term only you would understand. It means nothing to us. It is simply to send email to a Category in Outlook. Select the Category Actions New Message to Contact. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "MoniqueG" wrote in message ... Within outlook 2003 there are functions where you can set-up accounts or business contacts! There is no way (that I can tell) to easily sent-to the categories / groups set-up when emailing out - requiring to send 'eBlasts' to sent to the contacts in each catetory. I assumed that that was the point of putting contacts in category/group distictions. "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Clarify what you mean. I will try your suggestions BUT wouldn't it have been far easier (as Hotmail
Live does) to 'simply' but the option of SENDing out to categories/groups right 'in' the send email window (new button) function?? I'm shocked that 'business contact vs account contacts' is foreign to an outlook 2003 forum manager. I'm not a "forum manager." Outlook has no such thing as "Business Contacts."
If you are using a separate program like Business Contact Manager, the say so and then post in that group, not this one. I've never used BCM and never would. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "MoniqueG" wrote in message ...
